The "Free Audit" offered on this website is a complimentary review of your current email marketing setup. I reserve the right to decline an audit request if the provided information is incomplete or if the business is not a suitable fit for my expertise.
For paid projects, payment terms (milestones, upfront deposits, etc.) will be outlined in a specific proposal or invoice sent to you. Due to the nature of digital services and time investment, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, unless explicitly stated in our contract.
4. Disclaimer of Results (Marketing Outcomes)
While I use industry-best practices to improve your email revenue, open rates, and click-through rates, I do not guarantee specific financial results or sales figures. Marketing performance depends on many factors including your product, market demand, and website conversion rate.
Upon full payment, you (the Client) will own the rights to the email copy, designs, and strategies implemented in your Klaviyo account. However, I retain the right to display the work in my personal portfolio to showcase my skills, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
I respect your business data. Any access granted to your Shopify or Klaviyo accounts for the purpose of an audit or service will be treated with strict confidentiality. I will not share your customer data or sales figures with third parties.
In no event shall Ehtisham Yousaf be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services, including but not limited to loss of revenue due to third-party platform (e.g., Klaviyo/Shopify) downtime or changes in algorithms.
